SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to ship our handmade bags and outdoor accessories within 48hrs as long as it is in stock.
If it is a custom or out of stock waxed canvas product, we endeavour to make and send your item within 14days.
We will ship globally but please contact us for shipping costs outside the EU.
We aim to use sustainable, ecofriendly packaging and avoid plastics where possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your waxed canvas product or you need to return it, you MUST inform us within 30days for a refund. It must be posted back to us at your own expense.
If your product is faulty, other than normal wear and tear, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to correct the problem.
